1. Passports, Visas and Documentation
All passengers, no exception (including children), must carry their corresponding valid personal and family documentation, in accordance with the law of the country or countries they are travelling to. It is the passengers sole responsibility, when required by the trips, to get their visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. If, due to Passenger´s particular grounds, visa is rejected by authorities or if the passenger's entry to the country is denied for failing to comply with the requirements, for any trouble with the mandatory documentation or for not carrying it, the passenger will be the sole responsible. Therefore, Infinity Media Promotions LTD. declines any responsibility for such events, being the passenger´s responsibility to pay for any costs that may be incurred. All passengers, before travelling, must comply with all the laws and requirements in force regarding visas, in order to enter all the countries, they are travelling to without difficulties. In case of travelling with passengers under 18, their birth entry may be required by officials from some countries when travelling. Passengers under 18 who travel on their own or without either both parents and/or legal tutors who certify their age of minority with the pertinent documentation must hold a permission issued by the legal authority from their country to be able to travel, in case such permission be required by local authorities.

2. Transfer
Transfers will be on regular buses and shared with other passengers. It is allowed to carry one suitcase per passenger with an allocated seat. Waiting time for Passengers since flight landing time will be 45 minutes, no exception. Picking up waiting time at hotels will be 10 minutes. Transfers will be coordinated and rechecked at destination, as well as pickup and drop-off timetables. Services will be delivered on a regular basis. Passengers must comply, at destination, with the timetables scheduled for transfers. Maximum waiting time will be 10 minutes; otherwise, passengers must move on their own. Passengers must respect pick-up and drop-off scheduled points.

3. Hotels
Hotels are subject to availability. Double or twin rooms are not guaranteed, no exception. On arrival at the HOTEL, Passengers will be asked their credit card to guarantee any extra costs that may be incurred during their stay. In case of travelling with children, this policy will depend on the hotel allocated. Please ask.

4. Tickets
Tickets will be given to the Passenger at destination. Tickets can be given to the Passenger until two hours prior to the start of the race. Infinity Media Promotions LTD. does not guarantee that seats are next to each other, regardless of the fact that the travel programme booking has been made in group. For Infinity Media Promotions LTD. to be able to purchase the tickets, the Travel Marketing Agency must provide Infinity Media Promotions LTD. with the passenger's information, in the time scheduled by the account’s manager. Information required will be a completely legible copy of the passport; full domicile: address, postal code, town, city, country; e-mail; telephone number with the country and city code.

5. Passenger's Special Conditions
It is the Passengers responsibility to communicate about their special conditions to Infinity Media Promotions LTD. Infinity Media Promotions LTD. will confine itself to offer only the services outlined in our proposal.

6. Payment Methods
Travel programmes payment can be done via bank transfer and credit card. Bank transfers can be made in dollars, euros or pounds sterling. A 2,5% administrative surcharge may apply to payment by credit card on the total travel programme price and will be charged in pounds sterling. Please ask about the exchange rate on the transaction day. Please ask the issuing bank about surcharges in your origin country.

7. ATOL Protection
Packages booked in Infinity Media and Promotion are completely ATOL protected. Your packages are completely financially protected. In the event Infinity Turs and Media Promotions cannot provide any service included in the package booked, the Passenger is entitled to receive a full refund.

8. Refund Policy
Any travel programme booked is 100% non-refundable. The passenger, when paying the minimum amount scheduled for the booking, authorises Infinity Tours and Media Promotion to purchase the services on behalf of the Passenger. Therefore, the passenger will not be refunded. Such grounds as Passenger´s failure to pay in due time as informed by Infinity Tours and Media Promotions, cancellation of the booking because of personal or external problems, hindrance when leaving the country, job permissions, health or family problems, among others, will by no means justify a refund from Infinity Media Promotions LTD.
Legal Protection: Holidays we offer are ATOL protected, since we hold an Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number 6792 granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. By law, all travel agencies from the United Kingdom offering holidays and air tickets must be ATOL protected, meaning they are licensed to work as Travel Organisers. In the event an ATOL protected company ceases to work, ATOL will assist PASSENGERS who booked their holidays with such company. ATOL will also ensure Passengers are not stranded abroad and do not lose monies paid. ATOL is meant to protect consumers and will provide them with aid in the event of Infinity Media Promotions LTD. insolvency or closure.
